Phyllis Johnson is an Elite Certified QuickBooks Pro Advisor with over 20 years Accounting/QuickBooks experience.

Her accounting experience includes managing all facets of month end/quarter end closes i.e. journal entries, billing, contract reconciliations, accruals, deferrals, revenue recognition, taxes, amortization and depreciation schedules, compiled and analyzed balance sheet reconciliations and income statements. She has experience with bank reconciliations, general ledger accounting, working with external auditors, payroll, and process improvement procedures. 

She graduated from Pepperdine University with a B.S. in Business Administration with a minor in Accounting/Finance and also has a MBA from University of Nevada, Las Vegas with a focus in Entrepreneurship Management.

Phyllis has served in various positions at small businesses including Assistant Controller & Human Resources Manager and Director of Finance & Operations. She has experience working in multiple industries including telecommunications, gaming, restaurant, real estate, insurance, and more. She decided to utilize the skills that she gained from working at small businesses along with the knowledge obtained from her schooling to start her own company to help other entrepreneurs and small business owners.

ANNA SUAREZ
BOOKKEEPING MANAGER

Anna is an experienced Multilingual Fluent Level (English - Spanish) Bookkeeper and  Executive Assistant for PKJ Consulting. Her experience starts from the simple and basic tasks, to the complex Bookkeeping and Administrative Tasks, In addition, she has experience with design and social media management.  She has over 9 years of experience as a bookkeeper and assistant. 

Anna is experienced in several accounting systems including Quickbooks, desktop and online versions, Wave, Xero and Cosmolex. She also has experience with all facets of  Microsoft Office and Google. 
In her spare time she loves to dance, listen music and also play drums, and spend time with her kids that have been the fuel that keeps all her dreams running!

Melanie worked in an insurance company for 8 years. Then, she decided to work from home. She has certificates for Social Media Management and Marketing and Search Engine Optimization from her local Virtual Assistance Academy.She has been working with PKJ Consulting since March 2019. She handles the company's social media business pages such as Facebook, IG, and LinkedIn. She does content creation, graphic design, and engagement.She spends her time with her family and friends when she's offline. She loves to read to learn more and improve her skills in her chosen field.

CARLYN BROCKINGTON

Carolyn is a business entrepreneur of professional services providing administrative and bookkeeping support at PKJ Consulting. With over 7 years experience, she specializes in the nonprofit sector and is a Certified QuickBooks Online ProAdvisor. Additionally, she attends Florida International University, where she majors in Business Management to further develop her knowledge and skills.
